摘要
教学问题解决能力是教师专业核心素养之核心。本研究以成都市B小学为个案,采用质性研究方法,探讨教师教学问题解决能力发展主要路径之一——“问题解决式”校本教研的实施方式与内在机理,以期为学校管理提供借鉴。基于“闭环”思维,以问题为导向的“问题解决式”校本教研正向影响教师教学问题解决能力的提升,教师问题解决能力相应影响“问题解决式”校本教研的质量。校本教研面临着新一轮课改,深入探讨“问题解决式”校本教研与教师教学问题解决能力发展的关系,对提高教师专业能力有现实的实践意义。
Teaching problem-solving ability is the core of teachers' professional core qualities.This study takes Chengdu B Primary school as a case,and adopts the qualitative research method to explore the implementation mode and internal mechanism of one of the main paths of teachers' teaching problem-solving ability development——school-based teaching research,in order to provide reference for school management.The investigation has found that,based on the “closed-loop” thinking,the problem-oriented “problem-solving” school-based teaching research positively affects the improvement of teachers' teaching problem-solving ability,while teachers' problem-solving ability correspondingly affects the quality of “problem-solving” school-based teaching research.We need to integrate school-based teaching and research value with the growth needs of teachers,combine school-based teaching and research mechanism with the teacher incentive mechanism,build school-based teaching and research platforms with the stage of teacher growth,optimize school management strategies,construct the research culture,stimulate the drive of teacher development,realize the self-development of teachers,and improve the professional core quality of teachers.
