摘要
近年来,妇科肿瘤发生率居高不下,给患者身心造成负面影响,在极大程度上影响患者的生活质量。加强筛查、尽早诊断和治疗对于改善妇科肿瘤患者生活质量具有重要意义。磁共振成像(MRI)可提供多角度、全方位的病灶相关信息,具有无辐射、软组织对比度良好等优势,现已广泛应用于妇科肿瘤的筛查、诊断和疗效监测。随着医学影像技术的不断进步,新的MRI功能序列等影像学技术在妇科肿瘤检查中的应用越来越受到关注,已成为目前的研究热点和未来的研究方向。
In recent years,the incidence of gynecologic tumors has remained high,causing negative physical and psychological effects on the patients and greatly affecting their quality of life.Enhanced screening,early diagnosis and treatment are important for improving the quality of life of the patients.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)can provide multi-angle and comprehensive information about the lesion,and has the advantages of no radiation and good soft tissue contrast,which is now widely used in the screening,diagnosis and efficacy monitoring of gynecologic tumors.With the continuous advancement of medical imaging technology,the application of new MRI functional sequences and other imaging techniques in gynecologic tumor examination has received increasing attention and has become a current research hotspot and future research direction.
