摘要
目的探究分析某航空公司女性空勤乘务人员乳腺及妇科疾病检出情况,以便改善职工健康,优化管理状况,提升其对相关疾病的认知与预防。方法收集某航空公司2020年1—12月988名女性空勤乘务人员在该院的体检结果,筛查其中乳腺及妇科疾病相关检查结果进行统计测评。结果988名女性空勤乘务人员中,共检出乳腺及妇科疾病888例(89.88%),其中乳腺相关疾病183例(18.52%),妇科相关疾病652例(65.33%);各年龄段疾病检出率位于前3的分别为阴道炎、乳腺相关疾病及宫颈相关疾病。在乳腺相关疾病检查中,46~55岁受检人员患病率最高。在妇科相关疾病中,<30岁受检人员阴道炎患病率最高;而46~55岁受检人员子宫肌瘤以及宫颈相关疾病(宫颈肥大、宫颈纳氏囊肿、宫颈息肉、柱状上皮外移等)的患病率较高。结论在妇女疾病中,乳腺及妇科疾病患病率较高,应积极开展公司女性空勤乘务人员健康体检,强化疾病预防保健工作,提升女性职员身心健康状况。
Objective To explore and analyze the detection of mammary gland and gynecological diseases in female flight attendants of an airline,in order to improve the health of employees,optimize the management status,and enhance their cognition and prevention of related diseases.Methods From January to December 2020,the physical examination result of 988 female flight attendants of an airline in the hospital were collected.The screening results of breast and gynecological diseases were statistically evaluated.Results Of the 988 female aircrews,888(89.88%)were diagnosed with breast and gynecological diseases,including 183(18.52%)with breast-related diseases and 652(65.33%)with gynecological diseases.The detection rate of diseases in the first three age groups was vaginitis,breast-related diseases and cervical related diseases.In the examination of breast-related diseases,the prevalence rate of subjects aged 46-55 years old was the highest.Among gynecological diseases,the prevalence rate of vaginitis was the highest among the subjects under 30 years old;the prevalence of uterine fibroids and cervical related diseases(cervical hypertrophy,cervical cysts,cervical polyps,columnar epithelial migration,etc.)was higher in 46-55 years old subjects.Conclusion Among women's diseases,the prevalence of breast and gynecological diseases is relatively high.It is necessary to actively carry out the health examination of female flight attendants in the company,strengthen disease prevention and health care,and improve the physical and mental health of female staff.
