摘要
监测结果运用是“监测-反馈-整改-提升”工作完整闭环中的关键环节,直接影响监测工作的现实价值与教育改革成效。对监测数据的精准分析与深度挖掘是结果应用的前提和基础。长沙在8年监测实践和结果应用基础上,探索出“市级总体数据分析、区县横向数据分析、年度追踪数据分析、数据结论全盘分析、质量互证综合分析”的市级监测数据应用路径,为充分发挥国家义务教育质量监测对教育实践的改进功能、促进教育高质量发展奠定基础。
The application of monitoring results is a key link in the complete closed-loop of“monitoring,feedback,rectification,improvement”work,which directly affects the practical value of monitoring work and the effectiveness of educational reform.The precise analysis and deep mining of monitoring data are the prerequisite and foundation for the application of results.Based on the 8-year monitoring practice and results application in Changsha city,this article explores the application path of city level monitoring data,which includes“overall data analysis at the city level,horizontal data analysis at the district and county level,annual tracking data analysis,comprehensive analysis of data conclusions,and comprehensive analysis of qualitative experience and quantitative data”.This lays the foundation for fully utilizing the improvement function of national compulsory education quality monitoring on educational practice and promoting high-quality development of education.
