摘要
目的:分析规范化疼痛管理对老年髋部骨折术后疼痛程度、睡眠质量及生活能力的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月山东省邹城市人民医院收治的老年髋部骨折患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=35)。观察组给予规范化疼痛管理干预,对照组给予常规化疼痛管理。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者干预前后的疼痛感受,采用日常生活能力评定指数(BL)比较2组患者生活能力的变化。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、VAS评分显著低于对照组,观察组BL评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:老年髋部骨折术后采用规范化疼痛管理能有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善睡眠质量并提高生活能力,具有临床使用价值。
Objective:To analyze the effects of standardized pain management on pain degree,sleep quality and life ability in elderly patients after hip fracture surgery.Methods:A total of 78 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to Zoucheng People′s Hospital of Shandong Province from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=35)according to the random number table method.The observation group received standardized pain management intervention,and the control group received routine pain management.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after the intervention between 2 groups,and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain perception between the 2 groups before and after the intervention.The assessment index of daily living ability(Barthel,BL)was used to compare the changes of living ability between 2 groups.Results:After intervention,PSQI scores and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and BL scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized pain management can effectively reduce the degree of pain,improve sleep quality and enhance life ability of elderly patients after hip fracture surgery,and has clinical value.
