摘要
目的:分析血清总胆红素(TBiL)及尿酸(UA)水平与冠心病严重程度的相关性。方法:将2022年1—12月邹城市人民医院收治的冠心病患者100例纳入试验组,另选取同期于邹城市人民医院检验科进行体检的健康人员100例纳入对照组。采集两组患者空腹静脉血,测定血清胆红素和UA水平。比较两组血清TBiL、直接胆红素(DBiL)、间接胆红素(IBiL)、UA水平;采用Gensini评分对试验组100例患者进行冠心病严重程度分级,比较各级患者血清TBiL及UA水平;分析血清TBiL、UA水平与冠心病严重程度的相关性。结果:试验组血清TBiL、DBiL及IBiL水平均低于对照组,UA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同Gensini评分患者血清TBiL、UA水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清TBiL水平与冠心病的严重程度呈负相关,UA水平与冠心病的严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清TBiL和UA可以作为冠心病的预测指标,为冠心病病情评估提供参考依据。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum total bilirubin(TBiL)and uric acid(UA)levels and the severity of coronary heart disease.Methods:One hundred patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Zoucheng People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were included in the experimental group,and one hundred healthy people who underwent physical examination in the clinical laboratory of Zoucheng People's Hospital during the same period were included in the control group.Fasting venous blood was collected and serum bilirubin and UA levels were measured.Serum levels of TBiL,direct bilirubin(DBiL),indirect bilirubin(IBiL)and UA were compared between the two groups.Gensini score was used to grade the CHD severity of one hundred patients in the experimental group,and serum TBiL and UA levels were compared.The correlation between serum TBiL and UA levels and the severity of coronary heart disease was analyzed.Results:Serum TBiL,DBiL and IBiL levels in experimental groups were lower than those in control group,and UA levels were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);There were significant differences in serum TBiL and UA levels among patients with different Gensini scores(P<0.05);Serum TBiL level was negatively correlated with the severity of CHD,and UA level was positively correlated with the severity of CHD(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum TBiL and UA can be used as predictors of coronary heart disease and provide reference for the evaluation of coronary heart disease.
