摘要
目的分析早发冠心病(CAD)临床危险因素与预后的关系。方法自2019年11月-2020年11月抽取360例CAD患者,包括180例早发CAD(观察组)、180例非早发CAD(对照组),回顾分析两组临床危险因素、预后。结果①对比两组临床危险因素:观察组高血压、遗传史、吸烟史等发生率皆较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组TC和TG指标水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组临床危险因素对患者预后产生的影响:观察组中预后不良患者70例,预后良好患者110例,其中预后不良患者中吸烟史、遗传史发生率高于预后良好患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。预后不良患者TC指标高于预后良好患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早发CAD与高血压、遗传史、吸烟史、TC升高、TG升高等多种因素均有一定联系,而其中吸烟、遗传、TC升高等又容易造成预后不良的后果,因此早发CAD防治中需要针对这些对疾病发生发展有刺激作用的因素进行重点干预。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the clinical risk factors and prognosis of early coronary heart disease(CAD).Methods From November 2019 to November 2020,360 CAD patients were selected,including 180 early onset CAD(observation group),180 non early CAD(control group),and the clinical risk factors and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results①The incidence of hypertension,genetic history and smoking history in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TC and TG levels in the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②The influence of clinical risk factors on the prognosis of the observation group:Seventy patients with poor prognosis and 110 patients with good prognosis were observed.The incidence of smoking history and genetic history in the poor prognosis patients was higher than that of the patients with good prognosis(P<0.05).TC index of poor prognosis patients was higher than that of patients with good prognosis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early onset CAD is related to hypertension,genetic history,smoking history,TC rise and TG rise,among which smoking,heredity and TC rise may cause adverse prognosis.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of early onset CAD should focus on the factors which have stimulating effect on the development of diseases.
