摘要
目的:研究舒适护理结合细节化干预对老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后疼痛、睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2020年9月至2022年12月本院就诊125例的股骨间粗隆骨折患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为观察组(n=64,舒适护理结合细节化干预)和对照组(n=61,普通护理干预).结果:干预后观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组干预后观察组社会功能、肢体功能、心理功能、生活态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:舒适护理结合细节化干预能够减轻老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后疼痛程度,有利于提高患者睡眠质量,有助于改善患者术后生活质量,此护理方法值得在临床上推广使用.
Objective:To study the effects of comfortable nursing combined with detailed intervention on postoperative pain and sleep quality of elderly intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:A total of 125 patients with intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital from September 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and according to different nursing methods,they were divide them into control group(n=64,general nursing intervention)and observation group(n=61,comfortable nursing combined with detailed intervention).Results:After intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Pttsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the social function,physical function,psychological function and life attitude scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing combined with detailed intervention can reduce the postoperative pain index of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures,help improve sleep quality,and help improve the quality of life of patients after surgery,and this nursing method is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
