摘要
“北疆”是一个不断变动的区域性概念。今天的“北疆”是历史上“北疆”延续发展的结果,历史上的“北疆”是今天“北疆”的基础和底蕴。因此,“北疆”这一概念不仅具有现实性还具有历史性,其范畴既涵盖历史“北疆”的区域范围,又包括现实“北疆”的地理范围,是多民族国家疆域的重要组成部分。生息繁衍在北疆大地上的人群共同创造了北疆文化。北疆文化包括游牧文化、渔猎文化、农耕文化、长城文化、黄河文化、红色文化等诸多层面,具有突出的多元性特征。历史上,生活在北疆地区的匈奴、鲜卑、突厥、回鹘、契丹、蒙古等民族均有着“中国”认同,并不断继承、发展和实践着“大一统”思想,在制度上对“大一统”的创新、完善功不可没,“胡汉分治”“蕃汉分治”“行省制度”“盟旗制度”等均是他们在中国多民族国家发展和国家建构中作出的重要贡献。
The northern frontier is a constantly shifting regional concept.Today's northern frontier is the result of the continuous development of northern frontier in history,and the historical northern frontier is the foundation and heritage of today's northern frontier.Therefore,the concept of northern frontier is not only realistic but also historical.Its scope covers both the historical northern frontier regional scope and the realistic northern frontier geographical scope,which is an important part of the territory of multi-ethnic countries.The people who have lived and multiplied on the land of the northern frontier since ancient times have jointly created the culture of the northern frontier,including nomadic culture,fishing and farming culture,the Great Wall culture,the Yellow River culture,red culture and many other aspects,reflecting outstanding pluralism characteristics.In history,the Xiongnu,Xianbei,Turkic,Uighur,Khitan,Mongolian and other ethnic groups lived in the northern border areas all had the identity of China and continued to inherit,develop and practice the idea of great unity.They contributed greatly to the innovation and improvement of great unity in terms of institutions,such as the so-called separation of Hu and Han,separation of Fan and Han,provincial institution,meng qi institution.They are all important contributions to the development of China's multi-ethnic country and the construction of states.
