摘要
针对近距离下伏煤层区段煤柱留设大造成资源浪费问题,采用理论计算、数值模拟与现场监测相结合的方法对下区段煤柱尺寸动态优化方法进行了研究。结果表明,随着下伏煤层煤柱宽度减小,将增加煤柱内部应力集中显现程度,降低煤柱承载能力,需通过合理分析确定煤柱留设宽度;理论计算得到上伏遗留煤柱影响系数为1.13,对下伏煤层煤柱实施动态优化后,确定区段煤柱位于遗留煤柱下合理宽度为17.5 m,位于采空区下的合理宽度为15 m,与理论计算结果相吻合。在此基础上,研究提出了调整后的四盘区辅运巷采用“锚杆+锚索+钢筋梯子梁”联合支护方法,通过现场实践,变形趋于稳定后,顶板最大下沉量为165 mm,煤柱帮最大位移量为154 mm,回采帮最大位移量为145 mm,整体稳定性较好,释放煤柱资源的同时,保证了工作面安全高效回采。研究结果可为类似条件矿山合理区段煤柱尺寸确定提供指导与借鉴。
In order to solve the problem of resource waste caused by large coal pillars in short distance coal seam section,the dynamic optimization method of coal pillar size in short distance coal seam section was studied by combining theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field monitoring.The results show that with the decrease of the width of the coal pillar in the underlying coal seam,the stress concentration of the coal pillar will be increased and the bearing capacity of the coal pillar will be reduced.It is necessary to determine the width of the coal pillar through reasonable analysis.Theoretical calculation results show that the influence coefficient of overlying remaining coal pillar is 1.13.After the dynamic optimization of the coal pillar in the underlying coal seam,the reasonable width of the coal pillar under the remaining coal pillar is determined to be 17.5m,and the reasonable width under the goaf is 15m,which is consistent with the theoretical calculation results.On this basis,the combined support method of"anchor bolt+anchor cable+steel ladder beam"is proposed for the auxiliary transportation roadway in the four plates area after adjustment.Through the field practice,after the deformation tends to be stable,the maximum subsidence of roof is 165mm,the maximum displacement of coal pillar side is 154mm,and the maximum displacement of mining side is 145mm.The overall stability is good,while releasing coal pillar resources,Ensure the safety and efficiency of working face mining.The research results can provide guidance and reference for the determination of coal pillar size in reasonable section of mines under similar conditions.
