摘要 以2610工作面轨道巷为工程背景,利用理论分析和数值模拟方法研究区段煤柱合理尺寸,基于弹性力学和岩体力学建立矿井深部倾斜厚煤层煤柱分区力学模型,进行煤柱分区划分,依据不同区域煤柱支承压力分布规律建立煤柱塑性和弹性区解析式,确定上侧塑性区煤柱尺寸1.65 m,下侧塑性区煤柱尺寸2.24 m,弹性区分布范围5.28 m,煤柱理论留设尺寸9.17 m,利用数值模拟进行垂直应力和塑性区分布验证,论证煤柱留设的合理性,相关结论可应用于矿井实际生产。 The paper probes into the reasonable dimension of section coal pillar in the track roadway of 2610 working face through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,establishing the coal pillar zoning mechanical model in deep inclined thick coal seam based on elastic mechanics and rock mechanics,and the analytical formula of coal pillar plasticity and elasticity zone according to the distribution law of coal pillar supporting pressure in different regions,verifying the vertical stress and plastic zone distribution by numerical simulation,and demonstrating the rationality of the reserved coal pillar,which can be applied to the actual production of mine.
