摘要
围绕埋深浅、风氧化带复合顶板、大跨度断面扩切眼等巷道稳定性控制施工技术问题,以及工作面液压支架施工安装难点,荣泰矿综合运用数值模拟、相似模拟、理论分析等技术手段,研究多跨联合钢架结构支护方式、斜切插入、人工+综掘机相结合正向扩帮方式、液压支架滑靴运输工艺和极限控顶距内双绞车协同液压支架就位工艺,形成安全、高效的施工技术方案。井下工作面的实践表明,运用该项技术能在风氧化带复合顶板下安全、快速、高效的完成切眼大断面一次性扩帮成巷,顺利完成液压支架高效安装工作。
Focusing on the technical problems of composite roof in wind-oxidized zone,large-span cross-sectional widening and cutting eye,and the difficulties of hydraulic bracket construction and installation at working face,Rongtai Mine comprehensively used numerical simulation,similar simulation,theoretical analysis and other technical means to study the multi-span joint steel frame structure support method,oblique cutting insertion,manual+comprehensive digger combination of forward widening method,hydraulic bracket sliding shoe transportation method,and double winches in ultimate roof control distance in coordination with hydraulic brackets.The technical method of multi-span joint steel frame structure support,diagonal cutting insertion,manual+header combination of positive gang expansion method,hydraulic bracket sliding shoe transportation,and double winch coordination hydraulic bracket positioning process within the limit control roof distance,formed a safe and efficient construction technology.The practice of the underground working face showed that the technology was safe,quick and efficient to complete the one-time expansion of the large section into a roadway under the composite roof of the wind oxidation zone,and successfully complete the efficient installation of the hydraulic bracket.
