摘要
目的比较微型种植体支抗(MIA)与常规口腔正畸治疗技术的临床疗效。方法选定本院口腔科2019年1月至2021年1月接诊的106例接受口腔正畸治疗患者,根据正畸治疗方法的不同将其分为2组,每组53例,传统组给予常规矫正治疗,观察组给予MIA治疗,比较2组临床疗效、锥形束CT测量参数、牙周炎性指标、并发症总发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率(96.2%)高于传统组(75.5%),观察组治疗后磨牙位移低于传统组,观察组治疗后下齿槽座角、上齿槽座角、尖牙间宽均高于传统组。观察组治疗后龈沟白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)均低于传统组。观察组并发症总发生率(1.9%)低于传统组(15.1%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MIA应用于口腔正畸治疗中,可有效改善牙合状况,减轻龈沟炎症反应,降低牙龈炎等并发症发生率,提高临床治疗有效性、安全性。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of micro-implant anchorage(MIA)and conventional orthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 106 patients who received orthodontic treatment admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into 2 groups with 53 patients in each group according to diferent orthodontic treatment methods.The traditional group received conventional orthodontic treatment and the observation group received MIA treatment.The clinical efficacy,conical beam CT measurement parameters,periodontitis indexes and the total incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(96.2%)was higher than that of the traditional group(75.5%),the molar displacement of the observation group was lower than that of the traditional group,and the angle of the lower alveolar seat,the angle of the upper alveolar seat and the width between the fangs of the observation group were higher than those of the traditional group.After treatment,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and IL-1βin the observation group were lower than those in the traditional group.The incidence of complications in the observation group(1.9%)was lower than that in the traditional group(15.1%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MIA in the treatment of dental malformations can effectively improve the condition of dentition,reduce gingival crevicular inflammation,the incidence of gingivitis and other complications,and improve the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment.
