摘要
目的探讨微型种植体支抗应用于口腔正畸治疗的临床效果分析。方法纳入2017年8月—2019年8月我院收治的100例口腔畸形患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组应用微型种植体支抗治疗。比较两组患者治疗后磨牙前移位量、上中切牙凸距差及上中切牙压低量变化情况,记录不良反应发生情况并调查患者满意度。结果研究组患者的磨牙前移位距离明显小于对照组,上中切牙凸距差及上中切牙压低量显著大于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(t=22.930,7.064,74.895,,P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应发生率为6.00%明显低于对照组26.00%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.441,P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗满意度为98.00%显著高于对照组80.00%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.274,P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗当中的应用价值较高,可显著提升临床疗效,提高患者满意度,且不良反应较少,安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients with oral deformity admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were included as the research subjects,and they were divided into the research group and the control group by using the random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment while the research group received micro-implant anchorage treatment.The changes of premolars displacement,upper and middle incisor pitch difference and upper and middle incisor depression after treatment were compared between the two groups.The adverse reactions were recorded and the patient satisfaction was investigated.Results The premolar shift distance of patients in the research group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the convex distance difference of upper and middle incisors and the depression amount of upper and middle incisors were significantly larger than those in the control group.The data differences were statistically significant(t=22.930,7.064,74.895,and P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in patients of the study group was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(26.00%).The data showed a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=7.441,P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction degree of patients in the research group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group.The data difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.274,P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment is high,it can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction,and with less adverse reactions,high safety,it is worthy of promotion.
