摘要
土木工程专业毕业设计是对本科生各方面学习成果的综合性检验,是实现高校培养目标的关键环节,也是提高学生实践能力与工程技术的重要手段。针对当下提出的新工科建设的要求,力求将土木工程专业毕业设计与新兴工程科技紧密联系,融合新兴产业的发展需求,培养创新实践型人才。整理并统计近几年高校学生的毕业设计,分析其中存在的问题,分别从选题、学校软硬件资源、教师的指导管理、师生的重视程度、答辩环节及评价体系等方面提出改革意见。提出规范选题范围、增加资源投入、校企联合培养、完善管理评价体系等改进措施,并确保其在毕业设计过程中有效实施,使土木工程专业毕业设计具备实践性和工程应用性,对培养工科类创新型高素质人才具有实际意义。
The graduation design of civil engineering major is a comprehensive test of all aspects of undergraduate students’learning achievements,a key link to realize the training goals of colleges and universities,and an important means to improve students’practical ability and pengineering technology.According to the requirements of the construction of emerging engineering education,the graduation design of civil engineering is closely linked to the emerging engineering science and technology,integrate emerging industry development needs,cultivate innovation practice talents.Sorting out and making statistics,college students graduation designs in recent years,analyze existing problems,and put forward idea on the reform respectively from the topic selection of hardware and software resources,teachers guidance teachers and students the importance of management Question-and-answer session and evaluation system,etc.to make reform put forward from specification range.Increased resources,joint training between colleges and enterprises perfecting the management evaluation system and ensure its effective implementation in the process of graduation design.Making the graduation design of civil engineering and engineering have a practical application,is of great significance to cultivate innovative high-quality talent for engineering.
