摘要
分析了水资源的特点,揭示了当前我国水资源管理与利用中存在管理体制不健全、水资源的规划与开发标准不统一、水资源分配不合理等问题,并制定了针对性的完善措施,以实现水资源的有效管理与可持续利用。
The paper analyzes the characteristics of water resources and reveals the problems in the current management and utilization of water resources in our country,such as the imperfect management system,the non-uniform standard of planning and development of water resources and the unreasonable distribution of water resources,and makes corresponding measures to improve it in order to realize the effective management and sustainable utilization of water resources.
