摘要
随着疫情消退,对外开放加强,我国航空市场得以全面恢复,加之当今社会对经济持续健康发展和产业升级的需求日益增长,港产城融合发展理念近年来在空港经济区越来越得到重视与推广应用。本文以广州空港经济区M地块为例,通过对项目概况定位、产业规划、商业规划、强排方案、开发运营进行阐述,探讨可采用的规划形式与技术手段,为促进空港经济区港产城融合发展,及相关项目的规划与开发提供借鉴与参考。
With the disappearance of the COVID-19 and the reopening to the outside world,the Chinese aviation market has recovered completely.In the context of the increasing demand of the society for the sustained and healthy development of economy and the upgrading in recent years,the concept of Airport-Industry-City integration has been paid more and more attention to popularize the airport economic zone.Taking the block M of Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone as an example,this paper expounds the project orientation,industrial planning,commercial planning,forced displacement scheme,development and operation,and discusses the planning forms and technical means,so as to promote the Airport-Industry-City integration development in airport economic zones and provide reference for the planning and development of related projects.
