摘要
目的:建立即食食品中8种常见的食品添加剂的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法:采用定性方法测定添加剂标准品含量,优化色谱柱类型、流动相体系、洗脱方式、缓冲溶液的pH、柱温和流速条件,并应用于市售软饮料、酱油、蜜饯和香肠的添加剂定量检测。结果:以Diamonsil Plus-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm×5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-乙酸铵(20mmol·L^(-1),pH=7.0)为流动相,在230nm处测定8种添加剂标准品的平均加标回收率为96.30%~97.90%,相对标准偏差小于2%。4类即食食品中的食品添加剂均符合国标限量要求。结论:该方法简单、快速,适用于即食食品中食品添加剂的同时快速筛查。
Obiective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 8 common food additives in ready-to eat foods.Methods Qualitative methods were used to determine the content of standard additives,optimize the chromatographic column type,mobile phase system,elution method,pH of buffer solution,column temperature and flow rate conditions,and applied to the quantitative detection of additives in soft drinks,soy sauce,preserved fruits and sausages on the market.Results:showed that The average spiking recovery of eight additive standards at 230 nm is 96.30%~97.90%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 2%under the instrument conditions,which Diamond Plus C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)was a chromatographic column,methanol ammonium acetate(20 mmol·L^(-1),pH=7.0)was the mobile phase.The food additives in the four kinds of ready to eat food meet the national standard limit requirements.Conclusion This method was simple and rapid,and was suitable for rapid screening of food additives in ready to eat food.
