摘要
目的分析针对性护理在经皮肾穿刺活检术女性患者中的应用。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月浙江大学医学院附属第二医院收治的102例经皮肾穿刺活检术女性患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(51例)和观察组(51例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理。比较两组术后并发症发生率,护理前后舒适度评分、生活质量评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PQSI)评分,及护理满意度。结果观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组舒适度评分、生活质量评分、PQSI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组舒适度评分、生活质量评分高于对照组,PQSI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮肾穿刺活检术女性患者实施针对性护理,可以降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者的舒适度,提高睡眠质量,可推广使用。
Objective To analyze the application of targeted nursing in female patients undergoing percutaneous renal biopsy.Methods A total of 102 female patients with percutaneous renal biopsy admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group(51 cases)and observation group(51 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing.The postoperative complication rate,comfort score,quality of life score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PQSI)score before and after nursing,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in comfort score,quality of life score and PQSI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,comfort score and quality of life score of observation group were higher than those of control group,PQSI score was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing in female patients undergoing percutaneous renal biopsy can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the comfort and the quality of sleep of patients,and can be widely used.
