摘要
研究生教育是我国人才培养的重要组成部分。硕士研究生扩招已经持续多年,给各高校硕士研究生培养模式带来了严峻的考验。文章分析了目前硕士研究生目前的招生现状,讨论了扩招的持续性与必要性,并指出了硕士研究生教学培养模式出现的一些公共问题。在校硕士研究生数量与高校教学配置的不平衡,严重影响了研究生的培养质量。为了培养出适应社会发展需求的高质量、高层次发展人才,高校应根据研究生培养现状,改革硕士研究生培养模式,减弱扩招给研究生培养质量带来的不利影响。根据硕士研究生培养现状,应对教材、教学模式、导师制度、考核评价着重进行变革,以适应扩招背景下的硕士研究生教育。
Postgraduate education is an important part of talent training in China.The expansion of master’s students has been going on for many years,which has brought severe tests to the training mode of master’s students in various universities.This paper analyzes the current enrollment status of master’s students,discusses the sustainability and necessity of enrollment expansion,and points out some public problems in the teaching and training mode of master’s students in various universities.The imbalance between the number of master’s students and the teaching configuration of universities has seriously affected the quality of postgraduate training.In order to cultivate a group of high quality and high level development talents that meet the needs of social development,universities should reform the training mode of master’s students according to the current situation of postgraduate training and reduce the adverse impact of the expansion of enrollment on the quality of postgraduate training.According to the current situation of master’s degree training,the teaching materials,teaching mode,tutor system,and assessment and evaluation should be changed to adapt to the master’s education in the context of expanding enrollment.
