阳离子蛋白助剂在脱色青绒低温染色中的应用

摘要 为了改善脱色青绒低温染色性能,探究阳离子蛋白助剂和醋酸对脱色青绒Lanasol活性染料吸附上染性能、固色效果、耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度的影响。结果表明:阳离子蛋白助剂和醋酸均能促进Lanasol活性染料对脱色青绒的吸附上染,但阳离子蛋白助剂提高上染百分率的效果小于醋酸。不加碳酸钠固色时,当阳离子蛋白助剂和醋酸用量高于2.1%(owf)时,阳离子蛋白助剂对提高Lanasol活性染料上染脱色青绒的固色率效果优于醋酸;加入碳酸钠固色后,阳离子蛋白助剂对提高皂洗后脱色青绒的染色深度K/S值和总固色率效果均大于醋酸。阳离子蛋白助剂与醋酸联合,更有利于提高固色率。同时,在Lanasol染料染浴中使用阳离子蛋白助剂、醋酸及其复配物,染色绒均能够获得良好的耐皂洗色牢度,沾色等级均在4级以上,原样变色牢度,阳离子蛋白助剂处理纤维达到4~5级,优于醋酸处理纤维的4级,但应用阳离子蛋白助剂会降低染色绒的耐摩擦色牢度。 In order to improve the low temperature dyeing performance of decolorized green cashmere,the effects of cationic protein auxiliaries and acetic acid on adsorption and dyeing performance,fixing effect,color fastness to soap washing and color fastness to rubbing dyed with Lanasol reactive dyes were investigated.The results show that both cationic protein auxiliaries and acetic acid could promote the adsorption and dyeing of Lanasol reactive dyes on decolorized green cashmere,but the effect of cationic protein auxiliaries on increasing the dye-uptake was less than that of acetic acid.When sodium carbonate is not added for fixation,if the dosage of cationic protein auxiliaries and acetic acid is higher than 2.1%(owf),the effect of cationic protein auxiliaries on improving the fixation rate of Lanasol reactive dye is better than that of acetic acid.After adding sodium carbonate for fixation,the effect of cationic protein auxiliaries on improving the dyeing depth K/S value and total fixation rate of decolorized green cashmere after soap is greater than that of acetic acid.Cationic protein auxiliaries combined with acetic acid are more conducive to improving the fixation rate.At the same time,the use of cationic protein auxiliaries,acetic acid,and their combination in Lanasol dye baths can achieve good color fastness of the dyed cashmere to soaping.The color staining grades of six fibers are above grade 4,the color change fastness,cationic protein auxiliaries have reached grade 4-5,which is better than acetic acid grade 4,but the application of cationic protein auxiliaries will reduce the color fastness to rubbing of dyeing fleece.
