摘要
以正硅酸乙酯为硅源、甲醇为溶剂、去离子水为催化剂制备SiO_(2)溶胶,采用浸渍法对羊毛织物进行表面预处理,最后利用凤仙花植物染液对织物进行低温超声染色。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了SiO_(2)溶胶表面预处理前后毛织物的表面微观形态,采用光学接触角测量仪、分光测色仪对其亲水性能及染色性能进行测试分析。结果表明:经SiO_(2)溶胶表面预处理后,毛织物的亲水性能、染色性能得到明显提高,并且随着SiO_(2)溶胶浓度的增加,其亲水性能、染色性能均呈现先提高后下降的趋势;当SiO_(2)溶胶浓度为0.8mol/L时,织物染色深度K/S值达到25.23,固色率达到97.2%,与无SiO_(2)溶胶预处理的毛织物相比,固色率提高了72.5%。SiO_(2)溶胶表面预处理有望显著提高植物染料对毛织物的染色性能。
SiO_(2)sol is prepared using ethyl orthosilicate as the silicon source,methanol as the solvent and deionized water as the catalyst.Subsequently,the surface of wool fabrics is pretreated by the SiO_(2) sol using dip-pad method,and then the wool fabric is dyed with the impatiens balsamina plant dye using low temperature ultrasound.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)is used to characterize the microstructure of the wool fabric before and after the surface pretreatment with SiO_(2)sol.The hydrophilicity and dyeing properties are tested and analyzed using optical contact angle measuring instruments and spectrophotometer.The results show that the hydrophilic and dyeing properties of the wool fabric are significantly improved afer surface pretreatment with SiO_(2)sol,and with the increase of SiO_(2)sol concentration,the hydrophilic and dyeing properties show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the concentration of SiO_(2)sol is 0.8 mol/L,the dyeing depth K/S value reaches 25.23,and the fixation rate reaches 97.2%,which is increased by 72.5%compared with the unpretreated one.The surface pretreatment of SiO_(2)sol is expected to significantly improve the dyeing performance of vegetable dyes on wool fabric.
