食品中的放射性物质污染危害已成为一个全球性的公共卫生问题。本文通过文献查阅和实验检测数据分析法,概述了食品中放射性物质污染的形式及危害,分析了食品中放射性物质污染危害相关典型案例,提出了食品中放射性物质污染危害防控相关对策,旨在普及食品中放射性物质污染危害的相关知识,为制定科学的食品安全标准和相关政策提供参考。
The harm of radioactive material contamination in food has become a global public health problem.Through literature review and experimental testing data analysis,this article outlines the forms and hazards of radioactive material contamination hazards in food,analyzes typical cases related to radioactive material contamination hazards in food,and proposes relevant countermeasures to prevent and control radioactive material contamination hazards in food.Popularize relevant knowledge about the hazards of radioactive material contamination in food and provide reference for formulating scientific food safety standards and related policies.
