摘要
随着核废水排入海洋,核素污染导致海洋环境破坏,进而经食物链进入人体,放射性核素对人类和环境造成极大的伤害。合理的监测核工业周围食品并检测食品中的放射性污染物对保障公众健康、维护食品安全具有极其重要的意义。本文主要从放射性污染的来源、食品中放射性物质对人类的危害,以及部分地区食品中放射物质含量的检验方法及防控措施,为未来合理有效地防控放射性食品污染提供新思路。
With the discharge of nuclear waste water into the ocean,the pollution of nuclides leads to the destruction of the Marine environment,and then enter the human body through the food chain,and the radionuclides cause great harm to human and the environment.Reasonable monitoring of food around nuclear industry and detection of radioactive contaminants in food is of great significance to ensure public health and food safety.In this paper,the sources of radioactive contamination,the harm of radioactive substances in food to human beings,as well as the testing methods and prevention and control measures of radioactive substances in food in some areas,provide new ideas for the reasonable and effective prevention and control of radioactive food contamination in the future.
