摘要
《化妆品功效宣称评价规范》规定文献资料可用于化妆品保湿功效宣称的支持,但对于文献资料应满足何种条件尚无具体规定。通过汇总和分析作用机理、理化试验、细胞试验、皮肤模型、动物试验、人体试验6种类型的文献,就支持保湿功效的文献资料所应符合的要求提出了建议,同时就驻留类产品的文献资料在淋洗类化妆品中的应用,以及专利权利要求书中试验数据的规范使用展开了讨论。目前的建议是基于行业现状提出的,今后应该与时俱进地加以修改完善,使化妆品的功效宣称依据更加科学和充分。
Evaluation Specifications for Cosmetics Efficacy Claims stipulated that literature data could be used to support moisturizing efficacy claims of cosmetics,but there were no detail regulations on what requirements the literature should meet.By summarizing 6 types of literatures including mechanism of action,physicochemical test,cell test,skin model,animal test,and human test,suggestions on the requirements of the literature supporting the moisturizing efficacy were put forward in this paper.Moreover,the application of documents on leave-on products in rinse off cosmetics,and the standardized use of experimental data in patent claims were discussed.The currently proposal was based on the situation of the industry nowadays,which should be revised and improved in the future to make the efficacy claims of cosmetics more scientific and sufficient.
