摘要
介绍了皮肤生理结构、保湿机理及保湿剂种类,并对保湿剂功效的体外评价和在体评价方法进行了总结,为利用保湿功效综合评价方法筛选良好的保湿剂及开发保湿效果更佳的个人护理品提供研究基础。
The physiological structure of skin,the moisturizing mechanism and the categories of moisturizing agents were introduced.Both in vitro and in vivo evaluation methods for the efficacy of moisturizing agents were summarized.It will provide the research foundation for screening good moisturizing agents and developing personal care products with better moisturizing function by comprehensive evaluation methods.
