摘要
针对矿用柴油胶轮车运行过程中存在检测不到位、自动化程度低及可视化程度等不强等问题,开发了一种矿用柴油胶轮车安全运行检测系统方案。通过对硬件系统设计和软件监控系统开发,实现了对矿用柴油胶轮车安全运行参数的全方位采集与智能化控制,从而有效保证柴油胶轮车的安全稳定运行,经现场测试表明程序运行良好,采集信息稳定可靠、系统响应速度快,验证了方案设计的合理性和可行性。
Aiming at the insufficient detection,low automation degree and weak visualization during the operation of mining diesel rubber-tired vehicles,the paper presents a safe operation detection system scheme for mining diesel rubber-wheeled vehicles including the design of hardware system and the development of software monitoring system,to realize the all-round collection of the safe operation parameters and the intelligent control of the mining diesel engine,and effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of the diesel rubber-wheeled vehicle,whose field test shows that the program runs well with stable and reliable collected information and the quick response speed,verifying the rationality and feasibility of the scheme design.
