摘要
针对传统煤矿阻车装置自动化水平低、阻车效果差、无轨运输事故率高等技术难题,大同煤矿集团大斗沟煤业公司辅运科通过技术研究,分析了传统阻车装置主要存在的问题,并根据实际生产情况,设计了一套新型柔性阻车装置,通过实际应用,该装置可对无轨胶轮车起到有效的阻车效果,而且降低了无轨胶轮车损坏率,确保了人员的安全,应用成效显著。
In view of the technical problems of low automation level,poor effect and high accident rate of trackless transportation in traditional coal mine,the auxiliary transportation department analyzed the main problems of traditional blocking device through technical research.A new type of flexible resistance device is designed.Through practical application,the device can have an effective effect on trackless rubber wheel,and reduce the damage rate of trackless rubber wheel car,ensure the safety of personnel,and the application effect is remarkable.
