摘要 针对煤矿辅助运输工作,设计了一种基于PLC的无轨胶轮车自动监控系统,实现胶轮车的统一调度工作.首先对系统的功能要求进行分析,提出了一种监控系统的整体方案,并对系统控制站的处理器、车辆信息检测装置、无线通讯装置进行选型,布置设计巷道中的信号灯,最后设计介绍了系统的主程序工作流程.监控系统实现了胶轮车信息的定位功能,方便井上工作人员的统一调度工作,提高了井下辅助运输的工作效率,避免交通安全事故发生. Aiming at the auxiliary transportation work in coal mines, a PLC-based automatic monitoring system for trackless rubber trucks is designed to realize the unified dispatching work of rubber trucks. The article first analyzes the functional requirements of the system, proposes an overall solution for the monitoring system, selects the processor of the system control station, vehicle information detection device, and wireless communication device, arranges the signal lights in the roadway, and finally designs The work flow of the main program of the system is introduced. The monitoring system realizes the information and positioning function of the rubber wheeler, which facilitates the unified dispatching of the staff on the well, improves the efficiency of auxiliary transportation in the well, and avoids traffic safety accidents.
