现代学徒制背景下《药品质量检测技术》课程思政教学改革与实践

摘要 现代学徒制是将传统学徒培训与现代职业教育相融合,通过校企深度合作,校内外导师联合培养,以对学生技能培训为主的人才培养模式。本文结合药品质量与安全专业现代学徒制的人才培养目标,充分挖掘药品质量检测技术课程思政元素,创新课程思政教学模式,完善课程思政评价体系,将课程思政融入现代学徒制教学,多方位探索现代学徒制背景下药品质量检测技术课程思政的实施路径,以期培养具有家国情怀、责任担当、技艺精湛的高素质技术技能型人才。 Modern apprenticeship is a talent training model that integrates traditional apprenticeship training with modern vocational education,and focuses on training students'skills through deep cooperation between the university and the enterprise,and joint training of tutors inside and outside the university.In combination with the talent training objective of the modern apprenticeship system of the drug quality and safety specialty,this paper fully excavates the ideological and political elements of the drug quality detection technology curriculum,innovates the ideological and political teaching mode of the curriculum,improves the ideological and political evaluation system of the curriculum,integrates the ideological and political education of the curriculum into the modern apprenticeship teaching,and explores the implementation path of the ideological and political education of the drug quality detection technology curriculum in multiple directions,with a view to cultivating high-quality technical talents with family-nation feelings,responsibility and superb skills.
