摘要
针对高职院校毕业生职业素养不足,进入企业后较难适应企业工作环境这个现实问题,将企业广泛使用的现场5S管理体系引入高职院校劳动教育,让学生接受企业文化熏陶。5S管理体系在电工实训中实践应用说明:引入5S管理体系有利于改善学生的学习环境和工作环境,有利于提高学生的学习效率和工作效率,有利于培养学生良好的工作习惯和自律习惯,有利于学生形成良好的职业素养,便于学生工作后尽快适应企业工作环境,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Based on the facts that the graduates of higher vocational colleges lack professional quality and it is difficult for them to adapt to the working environment of the enterprise after entering the enterprise,the 5S management system widely used by the enterprise is introduced into the labor education in higher vocational colleges,and it allows students to accept the influence of enterprise culture.The practical application of 5S management system in electrical training shows that the introduction of 5S management system is conducive to improving students'learning and working environment,improving students'learning and work efficiency,and helping students develop good work habits and self-discipline.Self-discipline will help students to form a good professional quality,and facilitate students to adapt to the working environment of enterprises as soon as possible after work.This method is of great promotion and application value.
