摘要
针对实验室现场以及仪器设备管理中存在的问题,引入了6S管理理念,并将6S管理方法应用于实验室现场管理过程之中,不仅提高了管理质量,降低了管理成本,而且及时消除了各种安全隐患,为实验中心进一步走向规范化和制度化管理奠定了基础。
Based on the present problems of laboratory on-site and equipment management, this paper introduces 6S management concept and applies it into the management process of laboratory on-site. By applying the 6S management in the laboratory center, the management quality has been increased and management cost has been reduced. Besides, security risks have been timely eliminated. It lays the foundation for the further standardization and institutionalization of laboratory center.
