摘要
现今,石油化工产品在社会中的应用范围愈加广泛。然而,其生产、加工以及输送和储藏过程中有出现燃爆的风险,继而可能发生大型石油化工火灾。因此,要制定完善的石油化工火灾事故应急预案,并对其可操作性进行分析,保证在火灾发生时能够应用专业的扑救技术及时进行处置,将扑救过程环环相扣,最大限度降低人员伤亡与经济损失。基于此,主要针对石油化工火灾扑救中的难点进行探讨与研究,提出石油化工火灾扑救的几个关键环节及注意事项,以期能为日后的石油化工火灾扑救工作提供一些参考。
Today,petrochemical products are used more and more widely in society.However,there is a risk of explosion during its production,processing,transportation and storage,followed by large petrochemical fires.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate a complete emergency plan for petrochemical fire accidents,and analyze its operability to ensure that professional fire fighting technology can be used for timely disposal when a fire occurs,and the fire fighting process is interlinked to minimize casualties and economic losses.Based on this,the paper mainly discusses and studies the difficulties in petrochemical fire fighting,and puts forward several key links and precautions for petrochemical fire fighting,hoping to provide references for future petrochemical fire fighting work.
