摘要
近年来,石油化工火灾频发,在总结一系列大型石油化工火灾扑救经验的基础上,探索出一套扑救此类火灾相对高效的"8-2-1"作战编成模式。详细阐述了"8-2-1"作战编成模式的基本组成,各组成部分的任务分工以及在扑救石油化工火灾过程中的实际运用。
There have been numerous petrochemical fires in recent years. Based on the practice of series of petro-chemical incidents rescuing experiences, this paper tends to explore a set of comparatively efficient tactical layout pattem＂8 - 2 - 1＂,for petrochemical fires fighting. The paper elaborates the fundamentals elements of ＂8 - 2 - 1＂tactical layout pattern, missions for each element, as well as the practical operations and critical points during the firefighting procedures.
