摘要
为提高干燥机设备的运行稳定性、安全性及效率,基于Python语言编制控制和显示软件,并根据设备需求选定传感器类型,进而设计油茶籽干燥机的自动控制系统。运行测试结果表明,系统实现温度控制、位移控制、转轴速度检测和报警显示功能,温度控制在(80±0.5)℃范围内,且对接线错误或松脱等具有良好的容错性。设备工程应用效果良好,提升了设备的智能化、自动化程度。研究为智能干燥机的后续研制提供借鉴。
In order to improve the operation stability and safety of dryer equipment and personnel efficiency,an automatic control system for camellia seed dryer was designed based on the control and display software programmed by Python on and type of sensor selected according to the equipment requirements.The operation test results of the dryer equipment show that the system realized the functions of temperature control,displacement control,shaft speed detection and alarm display,with good fault tolerance for wiring errors or looseness,and the temperature was controlled within the range of(80±0.5)℃.The engineering application effect of equipment is good,which improves the intellectualization and automation degree of equipment.The research provides reference for the subsequent development of intelligent dryers.
