摘要
目前,玻璃幕墙因其美观、轻便、节能、保温等优点,成为当代建筑墙体装饰中的主流方法。然而,由于玻璃的特殊材性,玻璃幕墙的损坏不可避免,甚至可能导致财产损失和人员伤亡。尽管如此,目前玻璃幕墙的检测方法主要采用定期人工检测,这种方法高度依赖于检测人员的经验,无法量化分析幕墙的状态,同时也不能实现实时监测。因此,开发一种用于评估玻璃幕墙状态的实时监测方法势在必行。本文提出了一种声发射与振动分析相结合的多传感器协同工作方法,以实现玻璃幕墙的多尺度损伤检测。其中,振动模态分析用于检测玻璃幕墙的结构硅酮密封胶失效、螺栓松动和腐蚀,能够初步确定损伤状态。而声发射技术则用于实时监测玻璃幕墙的受力、损伤破坏状态,实现高精度评价及定位病害。对所提出的振动分析方案进行了数值模拟验证,得到了结构硅酮密封胶的损伤程度、螺栓失效与玻璃面板模态频率的关系。与此同时,对所提新型自感知玻璃幕墙设计方案的可行性进行了充分地解释。分析表明通过将多传感器与玻璃幕墙整体进行有机融合,最终可实现幕墙的自感知能力。
Currently, the glass curtain wall has become very popular in contemporary building wall decoration method because of its aesthetics, lightweight, energy saving, thermal insulation and other advantages. However, the damage of the glass curtain wall is inevitable due to its material nature, which may lead to property damage and casualties. Even so,the main current inspection and monitoring methods of glass curtain wall are still based on the manual measurement. It highly depends on the experience of the inspectors;moreover, the quantitative analysis of the state of the curtain wall can’t be realized, and it is not a real-time monitoring method. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a real-time monitoring method for the evaluation of status of glass curtain wall. This paper proposed a combined acoustic emission and vibrational analysis a multi-sensor collaborative working method to achieve multi-scale damage detection for glass curtain wall. Vibration modal analysis is used to detect structural silicone sealant failure, bolt loosening and corrosion of glass curtain walls, and can initially determine the damage state. And Acoustic Emission(AE) is used to monitor the force and damage status of the glass curtain wall in real time, realize high-precision evaluation and locate the disease, and provide a more detailed damage assessment. In this paper, the proposed scheme is numerically simulated, the relationship between the damage degree of structural silicone sealant, bolt failure and the modal frequency of the glass panel was also obtained. At the same time, the feasibility of the proposed design has been fully explained. The proposed methodology shows that an intelligent curtain wall by embedding multiple sensors into the glass curtain wall with the self-sensing ability is feasible.
