摘要
目的探讨替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法选取2022年5月-2023年5月合作业务单位收治的134例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机抽签分为观察组(替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林治疗组)67例和对照组(阿司匹林治疗组)67例。对比两组治疗后的效果。结果经过治疗,观察组的有效率为98.51%,高于对照组的88.06%(P<0.05);观察组的心绞痛发作频率明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的左心室舒张末期半径明显低于对照组,左心室射血分数、心输出量比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的药物不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论替格瑞洛与阿司匹林的联合使用能够提升冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效、改善其临床症状,改善心功能,降低心血管事件的发生率,适合临床的推广与应用。
Objective The paper explored the effect of tegrenol combined with aspirin in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods 134 patients with angina pectoris admitted to cooperative business units from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group(treated by tegrenol combined with aspirin)and the control group(treated by aspirin)with 67 patients in each group,the effects were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 98.51%,which was higher than 88.06%of control group(P<0.05);the frequency of angina pectoris in the observation group was significantly less than control group(P<0.05);the left ventricular end diastolic radius in the observation group was significantly lower than control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output in the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);the incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tegrenol combining with aspirin can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with angina pectoris,improve their clinical symptoms and cardiac function,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
