摘要
目的分析盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合替格瑞洛治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法152例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为观察小组与对照小组,各76例。对照小组使用替格瑞洛片治疗,观察小组在对照小组基础上应用盐酸川芎嗪治疗。比较两组干预前后血液流变学指标、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果干预后,观察小组的纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血细胞比容(HTC)、全血粘度(WBV)、血浆比粘度(PSV)分别为(2.12±0.47)g/L、(0.44±0.02)、(9.98±2.15)mPa·s、(1.20±0.36)mPa·s,均低于对照小组的(2.88±0.51)g/L、(0.46±0.03)、(12.55±2.60)mPa·s、(1.49±0.39)mPa·s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察小组治疗总有效率94.7%高于对照小组的79.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.291,P<0.05)。两组干预后均未出现不良反应。结论针对于冠心病心绞痛患者而言,应用盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合替格瑞洛片治疗,能够取得满意成效,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of angina pectoris with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 152 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ticagrelor tablets,and the observation group was treated with ligustrazine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The hemorheology index before and after intervention,therapeutic effects,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the fibrinogen(FIB),hematocrit(HTC),whole blood viscosity(WBV),and plasma specific viscosity(PSV)of the observation group were(2.12±0.47)g/L,(0.44±0.02),(9.98±2.15)mPa·s,and(1.20±0.36)mPa·s,which were lower than(2.88±0.51)g/L,(0.46±0.03),(12.55±2.60)mPa·s,and(1.49±0.39)mPa·s of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 94.7%in the observation group was higher than 79.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.291,P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups after intervention.Conclusion Ligustrazine hydrochloride in combination with ticagrelor has satisfactory efficacy on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and it is worth promoting.
