摘要
用微信公众号进行阅读服务已经被大多数高校图书馆所接受,各主体运用微信公众号进行服务也愈发成熟,但其应用状况仍存在许多问题。为了解山东省高校图书馆微信平台应用现状,提升其发展水平,以40所本科院校作为调研对象,通过网络调研方法了解各高校图书馆微信号的开通情况、账号类型、推文及菜单功能、影响力指数等方面情况,了解使用现状,后对现状进行分析,发现存在的问题,并提出进一步发展的策略建议。
In order to understand the application status of WeChat platform in university libraries in Shandong Province and improve its development level,the paper takes 30 undergraduate universities as the research objects and finds out the opening situation,account types,tweets and menu functions,influence index,etc.of each university library through network research method.From the user’s perspective,the paper selected 557 students and some university library WeChat operators in WeChat official account as the research objects,and used questionnaire survey and interview methods to understand the user’s needs and use status.Then,the paper analyzed the status quo and found the existing problems.
