摘要
针对高校图书馆微信平台运营和信息服务功能设计问题,从用户需求视角出发,提出适合高校自身发展的微信服务运营策略和功能设计,满足用户信息服务需求,提升图书馆微信平台运营效果。采用问卷调查的方法,以苏州科技大学图书馆为例,调查用户的运营需求和功能需求,发现微信平台运营及功能服务上存在一些问题,从而提出微信平台的运营策略和功能设计。为了改善图书馆微信平台的运营效果,需要在用户层面上,做好前期宣传和后期关系维护;在平台层面上,完善菜单功能设计、合理安排图文推送频率和内容;用户与平台交互层面上,及时开展后台用户行为数据分析、加强互动并及时获取用户反馈。
This paper proposes the operation strategies and feature design of We Chat service suitable for the development of the university from user'demand,aiming at meeting the needs of user information service and improving the operation effect of We Chat platform in library. Taking We Chat platform of the Library of Suzhou University of Science and Technology as an example,this article uses methods of questionnaire survey to investigate user operation demand and user feature demand,and finds some problems in the operation and functional service of We Chat platform. And in view of the problems,it proposes operation strategies and feature design of We Chat Platform. It is found that the library should complete advance publicity and post relation maintenance at the user level,and perfect menu function design and arrange reasonably image-text push frequency and content at the platform level,and analyze user behavior data in the We Chat platform,strengthen interaction and access timely user feedback at the interaction level in order to improve the operation effect of the library We Chat platform.
