摘要
文章以暨南大学图书馆为例,以实证研究方法从用户类型、微信图文消息传播效果、微信菜单栏各项服务利用率,以及用户满意度等方面展开调查分析,对微信公众号的用户信息行为进行分析总结,剖析存在的问题,探讨图书馆提升微信公众号用户影响力的策略,为高校图书馆通过微信平台强化服务营销与阅读推广效果、提高服务效率、扩大传播影响力提供借鉴。
Taking the Library of Jinan University as an example, the paper carries out an empirical studyof its WeChat from the aspects of user types, communicating effect of WeChat graphics and text information, the utilization of WeChat menu bars and the users' satisfaction, summarizes the users information behaviors, analyzes the existing problems, discusses the strategies that can improve the user influence of WeChat public platform, aiming at helping university libraries use WeChat to strengthen the effect of marketing and reading promotion, improve service efficiency, and expand the communication influence.
