摘要
“一带一路”倡议提出以来,中国充分发挥教育的基础性、先导性作用,全面推进共建“一带一路”教育行动,积极参与全球教育治理,在创新理念引领、增进国际教育交流合作、加强人文交流、深化国际教育援助等方面取得了一系列显著成就。与此同时,世界正面临百年未有之大变局,在复杂的国内外局势面前,中国参与全球教育治理也面临单边主义价值冲击、治理机制保障尚不完善、治理能力不足等挑战。展望未来,中国要从维护和践行真正的多边主义,凝聚全球教育治理理念共识;统筹多元主体力量,推动全球教育治理机制变革;加强专业化人才培养,提升全球教育治理能力三方面着手,助推深度参与全球教育治理迈向新台阶。
Since the“Belt and Road”initiative was put forward,China has given full play to the basic and leading role of education,comprehensively promoted the“Belt and Road”education action,and actively participated in global education governance.China has made a series of remarkable achievements in guiding innovative ideas,deepening educational exchanges and cooperation,strengthening people-to-people exchanges,and promoting international educational assistance.However,in the face of the complex international situation,we are also confronted with challenges such as the impact of unilateralism,inadequate governance mechanisms and governance capacity.In the future,China should be committed to maintaining and practicing true multilateralism in order to build consensus on the concept of global education governance;coordinate the forces of multiple subjects to promote the reform of the global education governance mechanism;strengthen the training of professional talents to improve the ability of global education governance,finally help China to participate in global education governance to a new level.
