摘要
目的:分析超声引导下经皮微波消融(PMAT)联合重组人白细胞介素-2(rhIL-2)治疗原位肝癌的效果。方法:选取2018年7月—2019年12月华中科技大学协和深圳医院收治的原位肝癌患者144例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(n=68)和常规组(n=76)。常规组进行PMAT治疗,研究组进行PMAT联合rhIL-2治疗。比较两组消融效果、肿瘤标志物水平及免疫功能。结果:两组完全消融率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组癌胚抗原、甲胎蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且研究组癌胚抗原水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,且研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PMAT联合rhIL-2治疗原位肝癌的效果显著,可降低肿瘤标志物水平,提高免疫功能。
Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation therapy(PMAT)combined with recombinant human interleukin-2(rhIL-2)in the treatment of Liver cancer in situ.Methods:A total of 144 patients with liver cancer in situ admitted to Shenzhen Union Hospital,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group(n=68)and conventional group(n=76)according to random number table method.The conventional group was treated with PMAT,and the study group was treated with PMAT combined with rhIL-2.The ablation effect,tumor marker levels and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in complete ablation rates between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen and alpha-fetoprotein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,CD8^(+)levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PMAT combined with rhIL-2 has a significant effect in the treatment of liver cancer in situ,can reduce the level of tumor markers and improve immune function.
