摘要 目的:探讨分子生物学技术在病原微生物检验中的有效性。方法:选取2020年5—12月中国科学院大学深圳医院实验室接诊的病原微生物检验患者60例为观察对象,分别提供常规逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检验、实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检验。结果:常规RT-PCR法检验阳性检出率低于实时荧光定量RT-PCR法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。常规RT-PCR法检验、实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检验敏感度、阴性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检验的特异度、准确度、阳性预测值高于RT-PCR法检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:病原微生物检验中应用分子生物学技术具有较高的价值,可以提高临床检验的特异度、准确度、阳性预测值,推荐临床使用实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检验。 Objective:To explore the effectiveness of molecular biology technology in the detection of pathogenic microorganisms.Methods:60 patients with pathogenic microorganism tests who were admitted to the laboratory of Shenzhen Hospital of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences from May to December 2020 were selected as the observation subjects,providing conventional reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)test and real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR test respectively.Results:The positive detection rate of the conventional RT-PCR method was lower than that of the real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);Comparing the sensitivity and negative predictive value of conventional RT-PCR test and real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR test,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);The specificity,accuracy,and positive predictive value of the real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR test were higher than those of the RT-PCR test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of molecular biology technology in the detection of pathogenic microorganisms has high value and can improve the specificity,accuracy,and positive predictive value of clinical testing.It is recommended to use real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR testing in clinical practice.
