摘要
病原微生物作为自然界中对人畜都能引起致病性的一类微小生物体,对人类健康造成了巨大威胁,极容易引起在全球范围内的大流行,能够快速、精准、高效的检测出病原微生物,是摆在广大医学工作者面前亟待解决的课题.本文从免疫学检测技术、分子生物学检测技术及病原微生物代谢学检测技术三大方面综述了病原微生物的检测方法,旨在为能够快速、有效的检测出病原微生物提供参考.
Pathogenic microorganisms,as a kind of tiny organisms that can cause pathogenicity to both humans and animals in nature,pose a great threat to human health and are very likely to cause a global pandemic.It is an urgent issue for the majority of medical workers to detect pathogenic microorganisms quickly,accurately and efficiently.This article reviews the detection methods of pathogenic microorganisms from three aspects:immunological detection technology,molecular biological detection technology and pathogenic microbial metabolism detection technology,in order to provide reference for the rapid and effective detection of pathogenic microorganisms.
