摘要
“课堂革命”是关系职业教育高质量发展的深刻革命。辽宁医药职业学院针对人才培养与产业需求不匹配、产教融合深度不够、专业教育与双创教育“不兼容”、思政元素“硬插强入”、考核评价方式低效单一等问题对高职医学微生物技术课程进行了“课堂革命”,学生素质显著提升,专业发展稳步向前,为行业企业提供了创新型综合性技术技能人才。
Classroom revolution is a profound revolution related to the high-quality development of vocational education.In Liaoning Vocational College of Medicine,it has carried out a"classroom revolution"of the medical microbiology technology course in response to such problems as mismatch between talent training and industrial demand,insufficient integration of industry and education,"incompatibility"between professional education and mass innovation education,"hard insertion"of ideological and political elements,and low efficiency and single assessment method.In doing this,the quality of students has been significantly improved and professional development has moved forward steadily,providing innovative comprehensive technical skilled talents for industries and enterprises.
