摘要
人才资源和劳动者素质对一个国家和民族的发展至关重要。依托劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神助推高职大学生精神建设,彰显了马克思主义劳动观和中华优秀传统文化的时代价值,汇聚了作为后备劳动大军的高职大学生精神建设内涵,凝聚了建功新时代的磅礴伟力,助推社会主义现代化国家形成人力资源强国和技能社会。依托“三个精神”助推高职大学生精神建设需要为劳模和工匠充分发挥作用创造必要条件;充分发挥劳动模范、能工巧匠的精神引领和技能引领作用;开展群众性创新活动,将“三个精神”贯穿经济社会发展全行业全过程。
Talent resources and the quality of workers play a crucial role in the development of a country and a nation.Relying on the spirit of model workers,the spirit of labor,and the spirit of craftsmanship to promote the spiritual development of vocational college students,we highlight the era value of Marxist labor concept and excellent traditional Chinese culture,gather the magnificent force of vocational college students'spiritual development and contribute to the new era,and promote the formation of a socialist modernized country into a strong human resource country and a skilled society.Relying on the three spirits to promote the spiritual development of vocational college students,we need to create necessary conditions for model workers and craftsmen to fully play their roles;give full play to the role of model workers and skilled craftsmen in guiding the spirit and skills;carry out mass innovation activities and integrate the"three spirits"throughout the process of economic and social development.
