摘要
针对石家庄某垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)项目投产以来废水处理系统存在的问题,通过调整系统管路、加装整体式DTRO系统、改换MBR膜池等方法优化,显著降低运行能耗,稳定处理效果。RDF水处理工程项目结合实际工况作相应的优化调整,实现了技术指标、能耗和成本的最优化,可为RDF废水处理技术的工程化推广应用提供参考。
To analyze the problems in the operation of wastewater treatment system since the commissioning of a Refuse Derived Fuel(RDF)project in Shijiazhuang,Optimizing the system piping,adding an integral DTRO system,and changing the MBR membrane tank,it significantly reduces the operational energy consumption and stabilizes the treatment effect.RDF water treatment project combined with the actual working conditions for the corresponding optimization and adjustment,to achieve the optimization of technical indicators,energy consumption and cost,can provide a reference for the engineering of RDF wastewater treatment technology promotion and application.
