摘要
近年来建设垃圾焚烧发电厂成为各地政府应对垃圾处理难题的普遍选择,其大气污染物排放量随之也越来越大,主要大气污染物参照火电建设项目实施超低排放逐渐成为新的大气污染物控制要求。根据调研和工程实践,垃圾焚烧发电厂超低排放技术路线成熟,可采用选择性非催化还原脱硝系统(SNCR)+旋转喷雾干燥脱酸(SDA)+干法脱酸+活性炭吸附+布袋除尘器,实施后主要大气污染物可实现较大幅度的排放量削减,最大减排率可达80%,对环境空气质量的小时、日均和年均影响均有较显著改善,环境效益和社会效益显著。
In recent years,the construction of household waste incineration power plant has become a common choice for local governments to deal with the more and more waste,and the emission of air pollutants is also increasing.Referring to the implementation of thermal power construction projects,ultra-low emission has gradually become a new air pollutant control requirement for household waste incineration power plant.According to the investigation,the technical route of ultra-low emission of waste incineration power plant is mature,SNCR+SDA+dry deacidification+Activated carbon adsorption+bag filter can be applied.After the implementation,the main air pollutants can be greatly reduced,and the maximum emission reduction rate can reach 80.0%.The hourly,daily and annual impact on the ambient air quality is significantly improved,and the environmental and social benefits are significant also.
