介绍了布袋除尘器的主要组成部分和工作原理,提出了提高除尘器除尘效率的几个要点:选用合适材质的除尘布袋,注意除尘管道和箱体的维护以及清灰装置和引风机的保养,防止布袋除尘器结露。详细阐述了含尘气体的性质、粉尘的性质及除尘器的清灰方式等制约除尘布袋滤料材质的因素。最后指出:选择合适的除尘布袋,做好除尘器各部件的维护保养,能有效提高除尘的使用效率,满足生产需要和环保要求。
The main components and working principle of bag dust collector were introduced.Some key points of improving dust removal efficiency of dust collector were put forward:select the appropriate material dust bag,pay attention to the maintenance of dust removal pipes and boxes and the maintenance of ash removal devices and induced fans,prevent bag dust collector from condensation.The factors restricting the material of filter material of dust-removing bag such as the properties of the dust-containing gas,the nature of the dust and the dust-removing methods of the dust-removing bag filter material were described in detail.Finally pointed out:selected the appropriate dust bag,did a good job of dust collector parts maintenance,could effectively improve the efficiency of dust collector,met the production needs and environmental protection requirements.
